If you are unable to play 4K content on Apple TV, please complete the following steps:
- Update the OSN+ app and TV
- Disable HDR in the OSN+ app, by going to Settings → Playback → HDR → Off
- Set Apple TV to 4K SDR, by going to Apple TV settings → Video and Audio → Format → 4K SDR
