If you encounter the error message “Unable to connect to the server within the allowed time” on PS5, please update the MTU settings on your PS5:
- Go to Settings > Network > Settings > Set Up Internet Connection.
- Select your current internet connection.
- Choose Options > Advanced Settings.
- Set MTU Settings from Automatic (1500) to Manual.
- Enter 1473 as the MTU value.
- Save the settings and try accessing the app again.
Changing the MTU from 1500 to 1473 should resolve this issue.
