How to Fix Missing OSN+ Subscription | Troubleshooting Guide

If you can't find your OSN+ subscription, please ensure the following:

  1. Recent Renewal
    Make sure that your subscription was renewed successfully recently. Check your billing statements or payment history to verify if the renewal transaction went through.

  2. Logged In to the Correct Account
    Double-check that you are logged in to the OSN+ account where your subscription is associated. Sometimes, you might have multiple accounts, which can cause confusion.

  3. Fiber Number / Landline Subscriptions
    If you subscribed through a fiber number or landline, you need to log in using your fiber number. You will receive the One-Time Password (OTP) on the contact number registered with your fiber service.

  4. Operator Subscriptions Linked to Phone Numbers
    For some mobile operators, if you activated your subscription using your phone number, you must log in with that same number to find and use your OSN+ subscription.
