If you’re not receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) code to log into your OSN+ account, don’t worry! Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Ensure that you’ve entered the correct phone number or email address associated with your OSN+ account. Even a small typo can prevent you from receiving the OTP.

    • If using a phone number, make sure you’ve included the correct country code.
    • If using an email, check for any spelling mistakes.

2. If you're expecting the OTP via email, it might have landed in your spam or junk folder. Look there and mark OSN+ emails as "Not Spam" to prevent this from happening again.

3. Sometimes, OTPs can expire quickly. If you didn’t receive it within a few minutes:

    • Click Resend OTP and try again.
    • Avoid multiple requests in quick succession, as this may cause delays.

4. For some mobile operators, the OTP may be sent via WhatsApp instead of regular SMS. Be sure to:

    • Check your WhatsApp messages for an OTP from OSN+.
    • Ensure your WhatsApp number matches the phone number registered with OSN+.

5. If you're using a fiber/landline number, it may not support receiving SMS messages. In this case, please contact our support team and provide:

    • Your fiber/landline number.
    • A valid email address that has never been used for OSN+ before.
