If you’re not receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) code to log into your OSN+ account, don’t worry! Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Using a Fiber or Landline Number?
Most OTP issues happen when using a fiber or landline number that cannot receive SMS directly. Here's what you need to know:
-
If your OSN+ subscription is with a fiber or landline number, you can still log in using that number.
-
The OTP will be sent to the mobile contact number linked to your fiber/landline account, usually by SMS or WhatsApp.
-
Make sure that your mobile phone is active and has access to WhatsApp or SMS to receive the code.
💡Tip: You don’t need to change the number on your OSN+ account. Just use your existing fiber/landline number to log in, and check the linked mobile number for the OTP.
2. Check Your Contact Details
-
Double-check that you’ve entered the correct phone number (with the country code) or email address linked to your OSN+ account.
-
Even a small typo can prevent the OTP from being delivered.
3. Email Users – Check Your Inbox
-
If you’re expecting the OTP by email, it might have landed in your spam or junk folder.
-
Mark OSN+ emails as “Not Spam” to avoid missing them in the future.
4. Resend the OTP
-
OTPs can expire quickly. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes:
-
Click Resend OTP and try again.
-
Avoid sending too many requests too quickly, as this might delay delivery.
-
5. Check WhatsApp
-
In some cases, especially with certain mobile operators, the OTP may be sent via WhatsApp instead of SMS.
-
Check your WhatsApp messages for a code from OSN+.
-
Make sure your WhatsApp number matches the number registered with your OSN+ account.
