If you subscribed via Apple Store/Google Play:
- Make sure the money has been deducted.
- Go to the OSN+ app.
- Go to Settings > Subscriptions.
- Tap on Restore Purchase.
- If it doesn't work, please send us a screenshot of the receipt and your email address/phone number.
If you subscribed via mobile credits:
- Make sure the balance has been deducted.
- Double-check that your phone number is linked to your account.
- Contact us with your full phone number, email address, and a screenshot of the deduction from your balance or from the operator's mobile app showing that you are subscribed.
If you subscribed via credit card directly:
- Make sure the amount has been deducted.
- Ensure that you are using the account associated with the subscription, not another account.
- Contact us with the last 4 digits of the card, the expiration date, and a screenshot of the latest deduction message.
