Payment Made but OSN+ Subscription Not Active? Try This

If you subscribed via Apple Store/Google Play:

  • Make sure the money has been deducted.
  • Go to the OSN+ app.
  • Go to Settings > Subscriptions.
  • Tap on Restore Purchase.
  • If it doesn't work, please send us a screenshot of the receipt and your email address/phone number.

If you subscribed via mobile credits:

  • Make sure the balance has been deducted.

  • Try logging in with your phone number so the subscription gets activated on your account.

  • If your subscription is part of a bundle, make sure it’s activated on your mobile operator’s app.

  • Contact us with your full phone number, email address, and a screenshot of the deduction from your balance or from the operator's app showing that you are subscribed.

If you subscribed via your card or Apple Pay directly:

  • Make sure the amount has been deducted.
  • Ensure that you are using the account associated with the subscription, not another account.
  • Contact us with the last 4 digits of the card, the expiration date, the auth code of the transaction, and a screenshot of the latest deduction message.
