Can’t Find Your OSN+ Subscription? Here's What to Do

Steps for Assistance: Unable to Locate My Subscription

  • Verify that you are logged in with the same account used for the subscription (phone number, email address, or Apple ID).

  • If you subscribed using your phone number, try logging in with your phone number to activate the subscription.

  • We will display a banner showing how you were last logged in to help you identify the correct account.

  • If you still can't find your subscription, please contact us.

  • Include your email or phone number, User ID#, and a screenshot of your latest receipt.

  • If you subscribed using Apple Pay or a credit/debit card, please also include the last 4 digits of the card, expiry date, and authorization code of the transaction for quicker support.
