Verify that you are logged in with the same account used for the subscription (phone number, email address, or Apple ID).

If you subscribed using your phone number, try logging in with your phone number to activate the subscription.

We will display a banner showing how you were last logged in to help you identify the correct account.

If you still can't find your subscription, please contact us.

Include your email or phone number, User ID#, and a screenshot of your latest receipt.

If you subscribed using Apple Pay or a credit/debit card, please also include the last 4 digits of the card, expiry date, and authorization code of the transaction for quicker support.
