If you can’t find your OSN+ subscription, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Your Account Login
- Make sure you're logged in with the same account used for your subscription (email, phone number, or Apple ID).
- If you subscribed with your phone number, you must log in with that number.
- We display a banner showing how you were last logged in to help you identify the right account.
- You might have more than one account, so double-check to avoid confusion.
2. Check Your Payment & Subscription Status
- Confirm that your subscription was renewed successfully.
- Look at your payment history or bank/card statement to verify that the payment went through.
3. Check for Specific Subscription Types
- Fiber / Landline Subscription: Log in using your fiber number. An OTP will be sent to the registered contact number.
- Operator Subscription: If you subscribed via a mobile operator, use that same number to log in.
4. Still Can’t Find It? Contact Us
Reach out to our support team and include the following:
- Your email or phone number linked to your OSN+ account
- Your User ID (if available)
- A screenshot of your latest receipt or billing statement
If you used Apple Pay or a credit/debit card, also include:
- Last first 6 and last 4 digits of the card
- Expiry date
- Authorization code of the transaction
