Audio and Video are out of sync on my TV

Check if other TV series or movies work:

  • Verify if other TV series or movies are functioning correctly
  • If you encounter the same issue with other TV series or movies, try restarting your device

Restart your device:

  • Unplug your device from the power source.
  • Press the power button on the device once and wait for 1 minute, or leave it unplugged for 3 minutes instead.
  • Plug your device back in.
  • Turn on your device and try again.
