When you open the OSN+ app on your TV, you'll be prompted to log in using one of two methods:
1- Scan the QR code on the TV with your mobile camera, then you will be asked to log in to your account and then log in using your phone number or email. You will receive an OTP code to access your account
2- Open the link: https://osnplus.com/login/tv on your mobile device and then log in using your phone number or email. You will receive an OTP code to access your account, then enter the code displayed on your TV screen
Please note:
- Ensure you're logging in with the same account used on your mobile device.
- If your account is linked to a landline or fiber number that doesn't receive SMS, please contact our support team. Provide the full number and an email address not previously used on OSN+
