To remove a device from your account, follow these steps:
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account Settings.
- Tap on Devices.
- Check the list of devices associated with your account.
- Select the device you wish to remove.
Note: A device cannot be removed before the date that appears next to it in the list.
Why can't I remove a device before the specified date?
The date next to each device indicates the earliest possible date it can be removed from your account. This is typically due to security protocols or subscription terms associated with your account.
