Why did I receive a notification about unusual behavior on my account?

We’ve identified unusual behavior on your account, which might indicate a violation of our Terms of Use. This includes actions such as:

  • Subscriptions purchased in one country and used primarily in another (This refers to cases where users obtain a subscription at the pricing of one country but mainly use it in a different country. This practice is against our Terms of Use, which require the subscription plan to align with the user's actual country of residence.)
  • Sharing or selling profiles to individuals outside your close family or friends.

According to our Terms of Use:

"You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute or sublicense the App."

What actions do I need to take?
To resolve this issue:

  1. Create a new account using a valid email address.
  2. Ensure that your subscription plan aligns with your country of residence.
  3. Refrain from sharing or selling profiles to others, as this is strictly prohibited.

Can I update my email or subscription plan?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot manually update your email address.
  • For subscriptions made using credit/Debit cards, we can help cancel the renewal.
  • For subscriptions through Google Play or Apple Store, you can cancel the renewal directly from your store account settings.
