  • How do I activate my OSN+ subscription?

After subscribing to Noon One & OSN+ bundle, tap the activation link provided.
You’ll be redirected to the OSN+ login page in your browser — log in or sign up to activate your plan.


  • Who’s eligible for this offer?

Anyone in the UAE or KSA, aged 18 or older, who subscribes to Noon One via the Noon platform.


  • Which OSN+ plan is included?

The OSN+ Standard Plan with Ads is included in the bundle.


  • Can I upgrade to a different OSN+ plan?

No, the offer is limited to the Standard Plan with Ads.
Upgrades to other OSN+ plans are not available through this offer.


  • Do I need a voucher or activation code?

No code is needed!
Just tap the activation link after subscribing and log in to your OSN+ account.


  • What if I already have an OSN+ subscription?

You can still activate this offer, but it will result in two active subscriptions.
To avoid duplicate charges, make sure to cancel one of them.


  • How do I cancel the bundle?

Simply cancel your Noon One subscription through the Noon app or website.
Your access to both Noon One and OSN+ will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.


  • What happens if I cancel mid-cycle?

You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
No partial refunds will be issued.


  • Who do I contact for help with activation, cancellation, or other Noon-related questions?
