Why am I getting the “Service restricted to the purchase country” message on OSN+?

OSN+ subscriptions are tied to the country where they were originally created. If you subscribed in one country and try to stream from another, you may face restrictions due to regional content rights and platform policies.

For example, if your subscription was purchased in Egypt, it will not work in Saudi Arabia.

How to avoid these issues:

  • Always subscribe from the same country you are currently in.

  • Only use official OSN+ channels to subscribe — such as our website or approved in-app payment methods.

  • Avoid using unofficial resellers, illegal stores, or third-party websites, as these may result in access issues or blocked accounts.

If you’ve moved to a new country or are currently living abroad, you’ll need to create a new OSN+ account and subscribe using a local payment method from your current country of residence.
