The Epic bundle and the Epic bundle | Sport give you a single subscription to three entertainment services: MBC Shahid, OSN+, and Disney+.
The bundle is activated exclusively through the MBC Shahid app or website, and the activation process includes linking your OSN+ subscription to your personal account.
Steps to activate OSN+:
Activate the bundle from the MBC Shahid app or website.
After activation, a new page titled “Bundle Management” will appear.
Tap on “Activate Now” under OSN+ activation.
You will be redirected to the OSN+ website to log in or create a new account.
Once you successfully log in, the subscription will be automatically activated on your OSN+ account, and the OSN+ app will open automatically so you can start watching.
Important information to know:
- Log in with the same account (email, Apple ID, phone number, etc.) you use on OSN+ to avoid conflicts or linking issues.
Didn’t activate OSN+ right away? No problem — you can do it later:
Open the MBC Shahid app or website.
Go to Settings > Account Settings > Bundle Management.
Tap “Activate Now” under OSN+ activation and complete the process as described above.
Canceling OSN+:
To cancel OSN+, you must cancel the bundle from the MBC Shahid app or website. The bundle will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
I see a message saying: “You already have an active OSN+ subscription.” What should I do?
This means you already have an active OSN+ subscription through another payment method. You have two options:
Link the new subscription to the same account, then cancel the old subscription to avoid being charged twice.
Or link the new subscription to a different account by logging in to another OSN+ account you want to activate it on.
I’m getting an error message saying the OSN+ subscription is activated on another account. Why?
This usually happens if:
You activated the bundle on one OSN+ account and are trying to activate it again on a different account.
Solution: Make sure you log in to OSN+ using the same account you originally used when activating OSN+ through the bundle.
